Eudora is the latest version of an email client made by Internet pioneer Steve Dorner in 1988 and is now being developed and distributed by Qualcomm, Inc. This document takes you through the steps necessary to check your trilithium.net e-mail account(s) if you are using Eudora. The screen shots are from the Windows version of Eudora 5.2.1; the dialog boxes might not look exactly the same if you are using another version of Eudora.
You will need to change the sample names and e-mail addresses used in this example for the ones in the account information you have received from us. The sample screen shots show information for the fictional user John Smith with e-mail address/login john@example.com.

Network tweaks (optional)If you experience "hangs" or poor performance while fetching messages with large attachments, you might need to increase Eudora's network buffer size. Locate the Advanced Network settings in Eudora's options (Options in the Tools menu). The default network buffer size is 4096 bytes, try increasing it to 8192 bytes or 16384 bytes if you have this problem. | ![]() |
